Description:
– The supporting structure is made of 60×60 mm profile, wall thickness 2 mm.
– The structure has radial bends, which significantly increases its strength.
– The frame is painted by powder coating method.
– The weight block is used as a weighting device, consisting of steel plates covered with PVC, which makes the work on the trainer silent.
– The weight block is driven by a 20 mm wide, 2.6 mm thick polyamide belt with a tensile strength of 390 N/mm2 and a maximum load of 1500 kg.
– The force is transmitted by means of only one roller unit, which simplifies the design and increases the reliability of the mechanism.
– The load is adjusted by adjusting the adjusting pin (lock) attached to the elastic cord.
– The flute and guides are plated with complex nickel and chromium electroplating.
– Molded load-block protection completely hides moving parts of the load-block, making training as safe as possible.
– The weight block guard is made of ABS plastic and is available in blue.
– The seat and backrest are bolted and made of five-layer 18 mm thick plywood. Polyurethane foam and artificial leather are used as filler and upholstery.
– Ball bearings installed on all rotation units provide reliable and comfortable use of the trainer.
– Adjustment of the seat according to the athlete’s height has 4 fixed positions.
– Backrest angle adjustment has 5 fixed positions.
– To eliminate slipping, the product is equipped with PVC footrests
