The trainer is designed to develop the lower part of the large pectoral muscles. Secondary load on triceps and deltoid muscle.
Exercise:
1. Bench press from the chest on a bench with a negative slope.
- The supporting structure is made of 60×60 mm profile, wall thickness 2 mm.
- The structure has radial bends, which significantly increases its strength.
- The frame is powder coated.
- For safety reasons, there are steps for a partner who can provide support for the athlete.
- The steps are made of five-layer 18 mm thick plywood and polyurethane foam.
- The bolted headrest and backrest are made of five-layer 18 mm thick plywood. Polyurethane foam and synthetic leather are used as filling and upholstery.
- The leg rests are adjustable to the athlete’s height and have 8 fixed positions in 30 mm increments.

- The paired barbell storage supports have three positions with a pitch of 170 mm.
- The distance between the barbell storage supports is 1230 mm.
- The barbell storage supports and organiser bushings are made with complex plating of nickel and chrome.
- To prevent injuries to athletes there are PVC plugs at the end of the rectangular profile.
- The trainer is equipped with a pair of 50 mm diameter organisers for storing weight plates.
- The bench is equipped with PVC pads for better stability.
