Description:
– The supporting structure is made of 60×60 mm profile, wall thickness 2 mm.
– The frame is painted by powder coating method.
– The weight block is used as a weighting device, consisting of steel plates covered with PVC, which makes the work on the simulator silent.
– The weight block is driven by a polyamide belt with a width of 20 mm, thickness of 2.6 mm, tensile strength of 390 N/mm2, with a maximum load of 1500 kg.
– The force is transmitted through 1-2 roller blocks, which simplifies the design and increases the reliability of the mechanism.
– The trainer is equipped with handles for pulling.
– Load adjustment is performed by adjusting the adjusting pin (lock) fixed on the elastic cord.
– The flute and guides are plated with complex nickel and chrome plating.
– The load block protection is made of impact-resistant polystyrene.
– All seats and backrest are bolted and made of five-layer 18 mm thick plywood. Polyurethane foam and artificial leather are used as filler and upholstery.
– Ball bearings installed on all rotational units ensure reliable and comfortable use of the simulator.
– In the “vertical pull” section, the leg restraint rollers are adjustable to the athlete’s height and have 5 fixed positions.
– The rollers are made of polyurethane foam.
– When performing the “horizontal pull” exercise, the steps are used, which are made of five-layer plywood 18 mm thick and polyurethane foam.
– The “horizontal pull” section has a platform with rubber pads to store the handle.
– The handles of the tourniquet are made with a complex galvanic coating of nickel and chrome.
– To eliminate slipping, the product is equipped with PVC footrests.
